benefits are a joke, no communication and my manager handled four other function thus paying no attention or little attention to my teams needs

    too many cutbacks, no investment in employees, which affects the overall company performance
    the worst medical plan
    corporate culture is cut throat

    Advice to Management

    invest in employees again
    provide decent medical benefits (after all LTC is a life science company)

    Advice to Management

    Own up to your responsibility to employees and not just shareholders. 83% isn't just a few unhappy people, and while it's shocking, it's also real.
    Create a corporate culture of respect and diversity, not of more nauseating metrics.
    Cherish dissent, those individuals care about the impact enough to risk their career
