I worked at Life Time Fitness part-time (More than a year)

Pros

People, experience, learning opportunities, networking opportunities, helpful support staff, no major problems with coworkers

Cons

management, poor attention to detail by supervisors, lack of incentives for contributing employees, lack of respect for members by some employees

Advice to Management

Work on improving quality of club and lower level managers rather than continuously revamping brand and "mission statement" type objectives.
