Free membership, discount in cafe and other sections of the club, good hours

Cons

Glass ceiling, uniforms didn't breathe well, not forgiving with taking time off

Advice to Management

Make your employees (team members, not managers) feel like they matter.

I worked at Life Time Fitness part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed my job very much. Very easy great pay great people, members are very friendly. Worked there for awhile no complaints. I love Life Time Fitness. If you work hard enough they will double your hourly wage for an entire month. Benefit packages are offered for full time employees.

    Cons

A lot of work. Hours can be very late depending on what department you work in. Customers will get mad at you for poor service, they pay a lot of money to be a member. If you do not have a good work ethic I would look elsewhere for a job.

    Advice to Management

    Stay on the current path

I have been working at Life Time Fitness full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have nothing positive to say

    Cons

No work life balance. Worked my a** off, with little recognition. Poorly compensated. Turn over rate is very high. Expected to work all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach.
