I have been working at Life Time part-time for less than a year

    Pros

$12/hr, actually have a sense of responsibility, stay busy, opportunities for advancement, learn to appreciate the food industry, generally good/helpful people, good management. FREE DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP.

    Cons

Annoying online modules that you must complete after hiring, you may end up working more than you anticipated.

I have been working at Life Time full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They encourage you to grow, empathetic, supportive.

    Cons

Benefits. Employees should start with 2 weeks PTO and not 1 week. Work-Life balance is not great unless you have a solid team.

    Advice to Management

Care for your employees a little more. Give them time off to refresh.
