Pros

I love what I do and that made the day go by

Cons

Pay was horrible, benefits could be better, unprofessional and unorganized and turnover is high.

Advice to Management

Increase morale of the organization, and pay people according to their qualifications

    flexible scheduling, work isn't hard

    Cons

    shady management techniques, no regard for shift end time (get put on a call 10 minutes before you're supposed to be off)

    sadly there are no PRO's

    laughable management, lack of leadership and ethics - the place is a zoo for unprofessionals and lazy people.

    Advice to Management

    get a clue - rehire and fire the whole lot - they are under qualified to do what it is they do
