Pros

Learned a lot of new skills. Learned how to adapt quickly in an unstable work environment. Good exposure to variety of interesting personalities.

Cons

Lack of leadership and vision.
Zero company culture.
Serious lack of communication because different departments have no idea what other people in the company are working on at any given time.

Advice to Management

Have a plan and stick to it. Proactively communicate to the rest of the company. Acknowledge employees who do a good job.

    I worked at Limos.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The employees are wonderful and care about their customers and colleagues

    Cons

    Have not kept up with the competition. Policies set for limo operators are great for the company but are terrible for the operators. Lack of a P&L that is shared with the staff. Company went bankrupt in August 2015 and bought by The Stage Fund in September 2015. They have failed to change the strategy to be sustainable and have now laid off most of the talent. The company will probably be defunct soon

    Advice to Management

    For those managers that are still there: put up a fight and change the strategies to better compete! Add marketing dollars!
