Advice to Management

Continue to believe in your employees. The company is changing and expectations continue to increase, but remember it is the employees that have gotten you to your level of success. No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    decent work/life balance
    401k match is almost unbeatable
    nice "campus"

    Cons

too many senior leaders with no clear vision
merit pool has been horrible the past three or so years
AIP (bonus) gets a lot of attention but at the end of the day, it's a 5% on average bonus if you are lucky! Senior Leaders care about it because they get a much bigger piece of the pie (7.5%+ stock shares)

    Advice to Management

look at poor performers at the management level and address the issues rather than eliminate jobs and push them to another team to create issues. Be more competitive in salary so we can have more effective workers! You pay for what you get.
