    I worked at Lincoln Investment Planning full-time

    Pros

    1. Great pension plan.
    2. Great place to gain experience.

    Cons

    1. No room for promotions.
    2. Pay is low.
    3. Health insurance is horrible.
    4. HR department is useless. They ignore problems and never do a follow up investigations in complaints. They are too friendly with management which makes them extremely bias.
    5. Management (Directors) also ignore problems caused by the supervisors who abuse their position in the company and main reason a lot of people leave the company.

    Advice to Management

    1.Replace the supervisors with people who care about the staff.
    2. Better pay.
    3. Better benefits.
    4. Replace HR staff
    5. Provide provide professional growth
