I have been working at Lindenwood University full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Incredible discounts on classes for yourself, spouse, children. Being able to draw on university wide knowledge - not just your own department. Paid holidays.

    Cons

Being a private university, the pay is low and there is not a pension plan.

I have been working at Lindenwood University full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Great people to work with. Great education benefits.

    Cons

Management lets you know what they can, when they can... but often leaves employees in the dark.

    Advice to Management

To increase morale, watch turnover in individual departments.
