I have been working at Lindquist von Husen & Joyce full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, nice people, great HR Manager who is making change happen, partners care about the staff, no micromanagement, open door policy, location, snacks and drinks freshly stocked everyday, telecommuting, benefits are good, profit sharing is generous

    Cons

The hours can be a lot during busy seasons, some of the partners are resistant to change so change can be slower than needed, partners are not always on the same page

    Advice to Management

Continue to make more positive changes, all of the partners should be more open to new ideas and not fearful just because it is different than now they have been doing things for years
