International company with good market positioning
Cons
Linxens has a micromanagement culture with a pretense at being open and honest when the reality is one of secretive and decisions are made behind the doors. You can not trust what management tells you and their market arrogance will be the downfall of this company
- Great colleagues
- Senior management are generally sincere people
- Challenging task (low budget given, which was why employees often had to stretch themselves to make things work)
- Sense of fulfillment
- Management open to new ideas
- Empowerment
- Free shuttle bus
- Flexi benefit (dental, optical etc.)
Cons
- Remuneration package not competitive
- Career progression takes a long time
- There is a huge public honorable board for employees who has more than 10 years of service with the company, and it's full shortly after implementation. I guess many are planning to retire here, and frankly it's a pretty decent place to do that.
- Company might not be enticing for younger generation
