    "Pleasant experience"

    StarStarStarStarStar
Former Employee - Project Coordinator in Rock Hill, SC

I worked at Lionbridge full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Management was very hands off throughout my time with Lionbridge, I typically only heard from my program manager if the month was ending in the middle of the week and they needed hours for payroll. Unfortunately my time with Lionbridge ended due to lay off from the client company. The separation was handled very well on Lionbridge's end. Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      401k could have been better.

I worked at Lionbridge for more than a year

      Pros

Flexible hours. Decent Pay for the work.

      Cons

Access to your social media, main email account, computer, and phone are part of the contract. Meaning they can see what you're doing when you aren't working. Because you sign a contract with Lionbridge that allows them to monitor your online/phone activity, its hard to find support groups to connect with other LB employees on social media, because people are understandably afraid of getting let go. Advice to Management

Give employees access to the tasks they've done and hours they've worked, since you ALREADY keep track
