    "It's alright"

Former Employee - Social Media Evaluator

I worked at Lionbridge part-time for less than a year

    Pros

It's a good part time job since you get to work at home. You work 5/7 days in a week minimum, with only one hour per day. It's not bad if you're looking for a job at home.

    Cons

Rating ads can be repetitive, and customer support seems automated with responses. You won't get feedback quickly if you're not sure what you are doing.

    Advice to Management

Customer support could use more work, more transparency with what you guys want.

I have been working at Lionbridge for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible, can work anytime. Good as a side job.

    Cons

Don’t get enough calls. It is by the minute so 18 dollars an hour but some calls last less than 30 minutes.
