I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

extremely flexible hours, friendly workers, on the job training

Cons

only allowed up to 29 hours a week unless you are a GM (then you work 50+ hours), only minimum wage and takes a couple years to get a decent raise

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is almost always fast paced and allows work to fly by most of the time. The job is not hard by any means and if you need a cheap meal to take home, it is hard to beat a handmade 5$ pizza.

    Cons

You smell like an old dough ball after a night making pizza. And sometimes you will work well into the night making dough for the next day because you have been so busy making pizza during business hours.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good job for a high school student (they will hire your friends too if you recommend them), met some cool people

    Cons

12-14 hour shifts with no breaks once you turn 18 (laws vary by state though), low pay, no opportunity for promotion, a dead end job like most fast food places
