I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

It was a good place to have a first job, the people were relaxed, the owners were very laid back and easy to get along with.

Deal with a wide range of people
learn interpersonal skills
learned skills on training people

Cons

The amount you work really depends on which store you work at and how busy it is, so if you want a lot of hours you really need to pick based on location, but that is how any food service job is.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is almost always fast paced and allows work to fly by most of the time. The job is not hard by any means and if you need a cheap meal to take home, it is hard to beat a handmade 5$ pizza.

    Cons

You smell like an old dough ball after a night making pizza. And sometimes you will work well into the night making dough for the next day because you have been so busy making pizza during business hours.
