Cheap bread and fun co-workers

Cons

They sent you home early when it was slow, weekends got super busy and there was never enough staff

Hire people who are qualified for assistant managers

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It was a good place to have a first job, the people were relaxed, the owners were very laid back and easy to get along with.

Deal with a wide range of people
    learn interpersonal skills
    learned skills on training people

    Cons

The amount you work really depends on which store you work at and how busy it is, so if you want a lot of hours you really need to pick based on location, but that is how any food service job is.

  2. "Friendly and fun place to work"

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

extremely flexible hours, friendly workers, on the job training

    Cons

only allowed up to 29 hours a week unless you are a GM (then you work 50+ hours), only minimum wage and takes a couple years to get a decent raise
