    I worked at Live Connections full-time

    Pros

    Working on multiple requirements on a single day. Give you chance to work on managerial and Senior positions if you are good enough by a month of working. Easy to crack the interview. Leaves given even if recently joined based on your personal issues. Soft skills training given. Good experience for a start

    Cons

    Timings are not fixed as discussed in the interview. Offer letter will not be given on the day of joining or before. Will take 3 to 10 months or more. You need to have a thorough follow up with candidates in case of closures. If not you will be informed they weren't selected. Do not overtly depend on team leads. The candidates that you source for senior positions (viable ones) will be taken over by others who have access to the system. The performance nor the workings of the organisation is transparent. The incentive scheme as promised on the day of interview will vastly differ when you join and after one does good closures. Please clarify and confirm the years you need to be in the company to receive the experience letter on the day of interview. Suffice to say what was promised will not be delivered.
