Pros

work your own hours, pay is great, you make it what you want. I have been working for LO for over 3 years, great opportunities to try different clients, you can work anytime, you are your own boss,24/7 hours available, great support available to reach your goals

Cons

None that I can think of, just a great place

    Remote and make your own schedule (when there are times available)

    Cons

    Everyone is fearful of performance reviews. It is walking on egg shells. Upper management tries to placate employees with promises of how things will improve.

    Change!
