Pros

flexible schedule, open 24 hrs decent pay

Cons

hard to get hours, have metrics to get good call volume, can let you go for no reason do not depend on as main income

Advice to Management

communicate better with ic on what they did wrong

    I worked at LiveOps as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule, that's about it.

    Cons

    They will terminate your contract for false reasons and provide no proof. Even if you provide proof to the contrary they will not hear it. If anyone wants to start a lawsuit then count me in! On top of that it is super hard to get hours and if you do then you are often sitting with no call volume. In the end the time you sit waiting versus the busy times makes this a below average paying job.

    Advice to Management

    Have some ethics and stop terminating good agents without proof!

    - Cool people
    - Great engineers
    - Good Technology
    - Fun environment

    Cons

    Growing company syndrome where it's not totally organized (documentation, have to figure out system architecture, design, technology by yourself because people left or did not have time to update/produce documentation

    Advice to Management

    On the right track, keep current people happy, cloud is getting bigger and bigger.
