Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

I have been working at Lloyds Banking Group full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Some good people, job security

Cons

Too high a reliance on consultants who are not value for money
Cost Management process is too bureaucratic and automated loses perspective by focussing on saving low value costs rather than the £1k+ per day consultants deployed across the group adding little value

Advice to Management

Focus on strategic goals that can be achieved and give more autonomy to senior managers to run their business as they know best.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Lloyds Banking Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A very terrible job with no pros whatsoever.

    Cons

A very clicky and bullying culture which is very uncomfortable to work in and affecting many people's lives but the management do not care. They are only concerned about targets. The management treat the employees very poorly and I would have to say that this is not a good place to work.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be definityely changed immediately.
