Pros
Leadership take the corporate strategy seriously and communicate widely and often as to progress. Several years of consolidation/divestment change have slowed the company's progress with recent simplification programmes starting to take hold and improve the lot of the employee.
Cons
It is a large organisation with systems overlaid on system which can be frustrating and confusing to get used to. Typically moving something forward requires agreement from several parties.
