I have been working at Loblaw full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

holidays, benefits package and meeting some great people/coworkers....

    Cons

no increase in salary, some assistant supervisors and full timers make more than supervisors. Company is slow in the field of technology and continually follows suit of their competitors!

    Advice to Management

    I worked at Loblaw full-time

    Pros

Fast-paced environment, co-workers are helpful, the company has done a lot of work to improve their "employer of choice" status with prospective employees and new grads

    Cons

lack of communication among management and non-management tiers, changes being implemented are way too many and implemented way too fast, lack of career planning and advancement, lack of training opportunities for employees

    Advice to Management

Communication is critical, there needs to be more of it
If you want to keep a healthy and happy employee base, you need to invest in training.
