I worked at Loblaw full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, engaging charity efforts, green company, fast paced, challenging workloads, leading technology ...

    Cons

Poor communication from senior management at times, senior management does not always walk the talk, sometimes senior management let the good leaders go and they keep the bad ones? Did not communicate why and caused much uncertainty, doubt and confusion ...

    Advice to Management

Need to keep more of the good managers and directors that were making a positive difference to your employees and improving the company rather then turfing them and keeping the bad ones that are destroying your culture. Morale is at an all time low and the "A" talent has left the building ... what were you thinking?
