Pros

Fair compensation and they were willing to relocate me.
Easy to move to other places within the company in other parts of the country.

Cons

My biggest complaint here was the yearly review and trying to talk to HR. If you're not satisfied with your yearly review and don't get a satisfactory explanation for it, don't look to HR for any help.

Advice to Management

I had no complaints with my manager. He did more for me than HR ever did and was always checking to see if I was happy.

You have cube mates. A lot of younger people have no problem throwing each other under the bus. Can be boring at times.

    Pros

Lovely location outside of Philadelphia. Safe clean work environment. Volleyball and tennis leagues. Some exciting simulation and modeling work. Tech refresh for some employees. Union for engineers as protection against management.

    Cons

First level management is competent, useful, and helpful. Second level management tends towards incompetence. Don't know much about higher levels but assume they are just paper pushers.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees fairly. Help with career advancement. Provide advanced education benefits. Encourage ride sharing and van pools. Form a bicycle to work initiative.
