High level of bureaucracy, government regulations are extensive, slow-paced projects, cubicles.

    Advice to Management

I know a standardized company culture might be ideal, but certain processes work differently for branches and the uniqueness should still be valued.

I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Processes and procedures for everything, and those processes and procedures along with the tools in place allow for efficiency by all.

    Cons

The processes and procedures are often times adhered to as an emphasis instead of trying to do the right thing at the right time.

    Advice to Management

Stop implementing complicated tools before they have been properly vetted. People should be given a pat on the back for quality work, but these days that has been forgotten.
