I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Looks great on resume, lots of programs and senior employees to gain knowledge and expertise from.

    Cons

Promotion's are becoming harder to come by. Some can get them quick if you have an upper level pulling for you, others can sit for years with no promotion.

Being hired in straight out of college as a level 1 you will make good pay, but if you plan to get your masters you will never make up the gap from being hired as a level 1, and being hired in as a level 2. The raises and promotions will never catch up.

    Advice to Management

Be more proactive to keep the younger employees happy. Promotions are important when there's nothing else keeping the younger employees from jumping ship to all of these tech companies out there.
