party city if you like that sort of thing

    Cons

Facility is very old and not kept up.
When they hire, it's not based on skill, experience or anything positive for the team.
The pay is well below average and the location is bad, so it is very hard to find good people. They hire whoever is willing to move here, which are people who have been fired or people who can't do the job and already live here.

    Pros

Lockheed Martin provides an avenue for career growth. Regardless of your current career level, there is an area that would fit. Because of many different connections to government, you have the potential to work with various agencies and even become a federal employee if that is your desire.

    Cons

The pro and con is somewhat of the same. Because you are working with the government, there is much stress that comes along with project deadlines, pace and even completion of projects.

    Advice to Management

Management should take a long look at the type of projects that are requested and accepted. Many employees are concerned about the communication between LM and government entities.
