    I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Decent defense salaries, match up to 4% for 401K, relocation packages, excellent healthcare through Aetna.

    Cons

    Raises and promotions follow the curve of the defense budget and a LOT of corporate jump ropes. Average raise between 1.5% and 3% for the 3yrs I've been there.

    Advice to Management

    With the loss of the pension, there's nothing tying the younger generation to stay with the same company. The lack of willingness to budge on raises and promotions forces the incoming graduates to bounce around to different companies every 2-3yrs and nobody seems to understand why...
