    Pros

It's an ok place to start your career. I recommend to get all you can out of them within the first 6 months - 1 year. that's where you'll receive the maximum value.

    Cons

I met a woman who worked for them for 19 years. At 19.5 years, they let her go even though she found another project to rotate to b/c they didn't want to pay her a pension.

    Advice to Management

Invest in some retention initiatives to treat employees better. It's embarassing when over half the employees are saying they were getting paid better elsewhere.

  2. "It was a challenging and fun place to work."
