Staff members here are amazing to work with. If they can help, they will! If you manage to pass their probation period, there's a gym membership available.

Management are obsessed with control and will use the smallest of mistakes against you. There's constant false promises of bonuses and pay rises with the aim to push you to work even harder that never actually materialize. They also claim to be open to feedback but WILL use that against you at a later date if you bring up any concerns about how they are running the company. Working at LogicBarn feels like your constantly walking on egg shells. Any time a senior staff member enters the room, you're fearful that you're going to be the next one out of the door. There's a very good reason that a large portion of the staff members of LogicBarn and the parent company (GoldCrest) are currently in therapy... Looking at how many staff are being fired, forced into redundancy, or just leaving for a better position else where, I'll be surprised if this company still exists in 6 months.

Really good at giving you false hope and promises. Opportunity to fit into the company well if you are easily manipulated and live and breathe work. Great if you require well paid, short term work as they'll get rid of you/make you leave before you can be considered permanent staff.

Extremely unprofessional and unethical company to work for. Please steer clear and do NOT ignore the other reviews former employees have written of this company if you are thinking of working here. The bully culture from senior management is extremely problematic and obvious. Silly office politics play a HUGE role in how well you'd get on here, to the point where your involvement becomes way more important than any of the work you do. Seen people be fired from their roles for no clear reason in the time I was working there, and also some members of staff be sexualised/targeted by senior members of management. Disgusting place of work.
