I have been working at Logix Communications full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

f you are young, good looking and went party during training you will get all the leads and will do great.

Cons

If you are older (wiser) don't waist your time. Run. Base is $30 K year. No expenses paid. You will spend more on gas, cell, etc than your actual check. There's no advancement. They have a sales manager, a VP of sales and the CEO.

Advice to Management

Stop favoritism. Be fair. You are a step closer to a discrimination law suit.

I have been working at Logix Communications as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

No pros I can think of. waste of time

    Cons

You will need to be adept at lying, cheating and fraud to be successful with this company.

Seems the primary income is derived from cancellation fees rather than actual phone service.

Sales are dependent on deceiving the client as to what they are ordering, Most companies cancel immediately as soon as they realize it's not a real phone line. Sells only ip based telephony service

    Advice to Management

    Adopt a code of ethics.

    Pros

If you have connections in the business, you can make alot of money. Otherwise, the odds are stacked against you.

    Cons

Top few reps. always get extreme preferential treatment and get all sales leads that come to the office. Contests are rigged and not fair to newer reps.

    Advice to Management

Spread the wealth. The contests are always won by the same folks that have been there for years. Help pay for gas or many reps will not be able to afford to do their jobs.
