-Indoor Center: check out games and dvd's
-Most employees have flexible schedules
-Most employees have lots of freedom, they aren't micromanaged
-Work with great people
-Excellent health coverage; low cost for employee coverage

I worked at Logos Bible Software as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    * You are entrusted with real code and are assigned a project based on your specified area of interest.
    * You are assigned a mentor who is generally there to help and guide you if you get stuck.
    * Endless espresso / [your drink of choice] and various other company activities.

    Cons

    * Very little documentation on their existing libraries so you will have to take a good chunk of time to read the code before you can become truly efficient.
