Management is terrible - Library Staff London Public Library Employee Review

- pay - work environment - great training - wonderful coworkers

- no hours guarantee - constant travel for shifts

Unionized, good benefits, good pension plan

Other than the above mentioned pros, nothing is good here. They hire people from outside instead of giving a chance to existing ones (same story as cell phone providers-freebies for new customers but nothing for the loyal customers). Management is terrible, racist, no appreciation for the staff. Please don't work here unless you don't have any other option.
