    I have been working at Long View Systems full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Decent pay versus industry competition. Great opportunities for career advancement. Entrepreneurial atmosphere for those who embrace it. Follows many of the strong points documented in Jim Collins' book "Good to Great". Good benefits, good standard vacation offering.

    Cons

    A lack of diversity in clientelle bit the company hard when the oil industry changed for the worst. There still remains a lack of attention in seeking growth outside of the core industries, however that is changing. During the last 2 years, Long View underwent some difficult times, lost many good people and some true colours were shown by middle management, which has been a let down. Aside from this all, the core values of the company remain the same and an upswing will return Long View to its roots as a top-north service, product and support company.

    I have been working at Long View Systems full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    This is a great place to work. Leadership is caring, honest, and transparent. I’ve had no shortage of challenging work to keep me interested. Training is available, we have good health benefits, vacation time, etc. It can be a challenge to get a job here, but it’s worth the effort!

    All my experiences have been positive so far!
