Management and all other employees get along well and it felt like home while I worked there. Everyone is treated as important and valuable. Relationships with other employees felt like we were all friends having a good time at work and still doing a great job of taking care of customers and getting things done and doing them well. Also handles transfers well, including transferring between positions in the same store and transferring from one store to another* (see cons).
Cons
Would've been nice if the pay had been a little higher, but it was at a satisfying level based on the market and position. Also, I think that other Lowe's stores can give employees an experience that could be way different than my good experience, based on interactions that I have had with people from other stores. Also, I tried to transfer to a different Lowe's because I was moving to a different state, but they weren't able to give me a spot at the Lowe's that I was transferring me to, and they seemed to be careless and messy with handling my transfer attempt.
