    I have been working at Lowe's full-time

    Pros

You can leave at 5, the work/life balance is better than some places, but that is not saying much.

    Cons

Upper management in constant churn, the politics on the 4th floor is like being in kindergarten again, no work from home policy, upper management constantly bringing in more consultants to 'fix' Lowe's, low pay, low or no raises.

    Advice to Management

Spend less on consultants, change, and helicopters, spend more on your employees
