    Pros

Good salary, days go by fast. Great to help customers with their projects.

    Cons

Super stressful. DM unsupporting of our market area. working on your days off is expected. Minimum of 11 hour days sometimes 12 hours.

    Advice to Management

Do what you can and pray for decent dept managers to do their jobs.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Lowe's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great pay, room to grow if you are hungry. Once you get into management room to grow becomes much easier

    Cons

If you happen to get stuck with poor management it takes a while to cycle through them. It's retail so you still have to deal with uneven shifts and high expectations.

    Advice to Management

Pay entry level employees more, hard to get people to work hard when they're barely making a living.
