Pros

Lowe's offers great pay, benefits and opportunities for it's employees. The offer free health screenings, flu shots, and other great benefits.

Cons

If you do not like to feel tied down, Lowe's is not the company for you. While Lowe's offers many advancement opportunities, you will more than likely always be stuck at store level.

I have been working at Lowe's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Things are never dull, everything moves quickly and so you have to stay on your toes. This is a pro for me, and I enjoy it.

    Cons

Dealing with people can be a drag sometimes. Some employees can also be problem, but they usually don't last very long.

    Advice to Management

It's best to give ALL employees a pat on the back once in a while, and make them feel needed. Sometimes people get forgotten, and they eventually quit.
