Positive Outlook

I have been working at Lowell General Hospital part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great people and leadership team

Cons

The lab desperately needs more room and recognition.

Advice to Management

Push for more lab space or relocation. We need some benefit from this merger.

    Pros

Great teamwork, supportive, people are always willing to help, give suggestions, cover for breaks, etc. Mangement supports your involvement in unit and hospital wide committees and recognizes your work. Salary is very competitive and LGH is committed to keeping it that way. I'm never hesitate to voice my opinions, or concerns because I know they will be listened and responded to.

    Cons

Right now the Legacy project construction is a hassle for employee parking but it's a small price to pay for what we already have and will have when the new towers are completed.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing the ice cream socials and run the treat cart when acuity is high...we really appreciate these little things!!
