Pros

Balanced work life
Good training program
Friendly Employees

The pay is decent and I felt it was fair based on my experience.

Cons

Despite the good training program the trainers are extremely rude and constantly insult you. very horrible experience as a trainee

Advice to Management

Be careful who you choose to do the training because the ones that trained me were extremely rude and they seemed to enjoy doing that.

    Pros

If you need a job, they are usually hiring and you can get started within just a few days. 50% employee discount on meals.

    Cons

Although many of the customers are nice, some of them are condescending and irritating. Work can be monotonous and you have to stand on your feet for 9 hours a day. Low pay.

    Advice to Management

Offer better pay - one additional dollar per hour could mean the difference between poverty and being able to pay the bills.

    Pros

IF you're lucky you have very experienced staff that lets you do your job. It is nice being able to get done by 9:30, especially after working a 13 hour day.

    Cons

Expected to work fifty-five plus hours a week, limited time off, unless you have a good boss, even then they work managers too thin. Too many times managers have to pull jobs, leaving less time to manage.

    Advice to Management

Quit raising prices and driving old customers off with new promotions and ideas. Good food from good people, now its how much money can we get you to pay for our food?
