I have been working at LuckyVitamin.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Non-management people are fun to talk to. Randomly they have free fruit in the break room. Free vitamins.

    Cons

The management in this place is seriously lacking. Some major changes have been going on in the past year or so that have not been employee-minded. Work/life balance is not respected, and they expect employees to come to work no matter how poor the weather is outside. They segregate customer service to one side of the building and RARELY allow them to participate in company functions/gatherings.

They make it look like a family atmosphere online, but once you're in the door you see that the family runs the place like blind tyrants and are trying to manage far too many projects at once.

    Advice to Management

Focus! Stop trying to "patch" everything, and work on getting *new* systems in place that are easy to use and more efficient (unlike AX - it's not mean for a call center!) Work on your staff morale. The incentive plan you have is disappointing. Us people making a low hourly wage still can't afford your products with the highest level incentive discount. And no need for any more wall decals or wooden clovers - either fix the decals that have been peeling off the walls, or spend the money on your people!

You probably want to stop asking your staff to give positive reviews on this website too. (You might notice a bunch of the same type of reviews in August, 2015.) That's pretty shady.

Also, please stop hiring back the staff that were terrible the first time they worked for you. People don't change that much.
