    Pros

    Some very good, extremely hard-working employees. However, many of these employees have left the company or were laid off.

    Cons

    Very poor upper management team that is NOT experienced at developing or managing the operations of a national company. Inability to execute and deliver a quality product on time. Total lack of client relationship skills. No respect for client or client's business needs. A constantly changing company vision that is focused only on how to maximize earnings of senior management/shareholders.

    Pros

    Helpful analysts and SMEs, and some very booksmart leaders. Salary and benefits are solid.

    Cons

    Leadership doesn’t listen to the field or to customer feedback. Chosen Few leaders talk a good game, but can’t deliver. Popularity contest among many leaders - if you aren’t in the club, you won’t be valued.
