Pros

Historically, one of the best at what they do; reputation is excellent, clientele is strong, recognition of what they do well exists and is focused upon. Design asthetic is second to none.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistent; communication between deparrtments/locations could be improved.

Advice to Management

Company would benefit from planning/implementation/communication.

    Pros

Great team atmosphere. Beautifully designed showrooms. You really learn how to be a good sales leader.

    Pros

Beautiful work environment.... But the "beauty" is only skin deep. Not sure there are any more "pros" that I can mention.

    Cons

Abusive and toxic environment. Vacation/ Personal time off could be more generous. Inconsistency between employees is glaring. What is acceptable for one is not acceptable for another.... This practice destroys morale.

    Advice to Management

Clear, precise and consistent guidelines would be helpful. Upper management (owner) needs to be less aggressive and more personable. Being belittled and criticized is a daily occurrence. There is a deep lacking of interpersonal skills.
