I worked at Lyft full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Constant change and quickly growing

    Cons

Pay is horrible. For people who have families, student loans, mortgages etc, it is barely a living wage. For a position that requires intimate knowledge of the platform and the acumen to support drivers 9 hours a day, you would think that Lyft would pay them a reasonable wage.
