    Pros

You create your own schedule, they are supportive of your needs and growth and provide all the tools to make it work for you. Pay and benefits are great

    Cons

It's short term therapy so you have to get used to fast pace of client churn

    Pros

This gave me the opportunity to really hone my skills as a coach. I had the opportunity to participate in research, new coaching techniques, and even contributed to the tools that are used by coaches at this company today.

    Cons

I've been with the company long enough to experience a few iterations of their platform. Each of them had their own issues, but things always improved with our technology as the months went by. My biggest issue was finding out they didn't pay all of the coaches the same rates. And it wasn't based on their years of experience or level of their skill set. They just changed the amount that they decided to pay as each new group of coaches was hired. They refused to pay us what we should've been paid equal. And they never gave us the raises we were promised. Eventually, they significantly decreased the per session pay, but required more hours. After a while, it wasn't worth the time

    Pros

I can't imagine working for a better company than Lyra. This is my first time working at a tech company and it has provided me with a lot of opportunities to learn. The pay is good and I have a good work and life balance.

    Cons

It took me a while to come to terms with this and I am still struggling in writing this feedback but I feel like saying something. I have been blinded by loyalty to my manager and just now realize that she has been manipulating me and my team to fear changes and distrust in leadership. One time I was sharing a personal struggle with her, she somehow found a way to exploit my vulnerability and blame it on race and gender even if it's not. She has been egging us to file complains and cause our team to distrust leadership. We all know that she's unhappy about not getting promoted, but she's dragging us all down with her. We all suspect she's negatively influencing our team engagement scores. Look at the multiple negative reviews posted recently, we all suspect it's coming from her.
