Pros
European company that have people from different countries working together. I am able to expand my knowledge and know more people. Open communication culture, where any ideas can be shared and taken into consideration. Management is open and flexible, nothing is forced onto the staff.
Cons
Nothing much, just workload may be high during some quarters.
