Pros
Excellent technical teams, true talent - albeit the best talent are leaving in droves. Work life balance is ok - but generally because we refuse to go above and beyond owing to lower than average renumeration.
Cons
Poor leadership, little direction or strategy, meetings for meetings sake, staff morale is plummeting. People are leaving en masse, management expect others to pick up the slack with no reward. No ability to progress, little by way of development opportunities. Very little diversity.
