Entrepreneurial team spirit, open communication w/ management, challenging work/projects, great benefits. Management works hard to grow, educate & maintain a great work environment for all of its employees. Overall, a great place to work.
Cons
Subject to market conditions (interest rate sensitive) as with all mortgage related jobs; long hours when required and lack of assignments when interest rates rise. Some IT issues, which are common for newer companies like this.
