Pros
Set in an extremely pleasant campus environment, with excellent canteen facilities, a pleasurable environment which belies the serious nature of the work. Many of the core staff are pretty much lifetime employees, with an ingrained loyalty to the business. which results in considerable expertise but a resentment of incoming talent (see below)
Cons
As referred to above, there is a great deal of resentment of incoming talent, and a reluctance to both work with international partners and to think outside the box. The location (Stevenage) is fairly remote and offers little opportunity for extra curricular social networking
