    Negative Outlook

I worked at MCS Kenny full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are still committed employees that work hard to make a substantial difference in a competitive market segment. Company focuses on customer retention through wellness programs. Sales reps have periodic trainings on new products.

    Cons

The top management seems to be isolated in an executive bubble and does not sustain a flow of relevant information towards its internal constituents, so news are learned through the "grapevine". There is a lack of cross functional collaboration that makes business processes difficult.

    Advice to Management

Team building, a clear business direction and improved information flow are necessary to revamp this company. There is a need to build back the credibility and reliability of the company's image.
